RPF: A New Year's Day to remember (John Barrowman / Scott Gill)

Surprisingly I wrote another short story about John Barrowman and Scott Gill. And once again I can blame you for my precious beta specifically requested comedians on the tendency of Scott to wear clothes "normal" by John. And since she gave me an idea too tempting to let it go, I started to work immediately.

To Joy ...
Glasgow, December 31, 2010

John entered the suite practically hopping. The pantomime afternoon went beautifully and he felt full of adrenaline and enthusiasm. He could not be otherwise, was about to begin a new year full of commitment and time to spend with Scott. Starting from now, since there was enough time before having to prepare for New Year's celebration in which they were invited.
He put down his bag and looked around, looking for his partner. A smile lit up his face when he saw him asleep on the couch, his hands a guide to mountain biking on the table and maps of California.
gaze for a moment became accusatory when he noticed the gray sweatshirt. It was one of her favorites, but for some strange reason, Scott wore it more often than him. Like last March in Las Vegas, or now, when according to him, had been Lost in London.
John's smile became mischievous. Scott if he wanted so much to wear his clothes he would please him. Quietly walked into the bedroom, opened the closet and hastily to implement its plan.

Later, after looking at all the routes that Scott had identified, he called home to hear "the voice" of the boys got up from the couch to go change. John had spent half the time trying not to betray himself, leaving his companion in the same sense of something that's escaping, but nothing comparable to what he imagined was that!
in the closet, that just that afternoon had been full of clothing suitable for any occasion, now there were only two pairs of comfortable jeans, sweatshirts and two of some that John had become full to do lately. The black covered with sequins which she had worn at the end of each concert and the light gray, also covered in sequins, with the vest and purple shirt with which he participated and won the Christmas edition of Strictly Come Dancing.
- John? - Asked in a voice almost choked.
his partner's eyes shone with fun and now unable to resist further, he burst out laughing.
- I thought that, given your predilection for wearing my clothes, I would like to try one of these. They are even willing to let you choose first, - declared trying not to fumble too many laughs.
Scott frowned for a moment, then smiled. It was played as it should and now could only limit the damage, turning the thing in its favor.
- on one condition. You now phones Gavin and tell him that you must have caught a cold this afternoon and you do not feel going to the party. Then we get these ridiculous clothes that you like so much and have dinner and celebrate here in the room, until tomorrow evening.
John still could not speak but nodded enthusiastically and Scott laughed with him. This was certainly a wonderful new year to remember.

End
